|Recommended: YesYour property is beautiful. I love the floor plans. I especially am impressed with your assortment of guarantees'. Nellie was very patient and friendly with me and my basket full of questions. She made me feel like I was important, not just anyone. I am considering moving back to Colorado after a year and a half in Ohio. Everything I need will be right in my apartment or on your grounds. Perfection Hopefully, I will be back in touch with Nellie before the end of Spring 23.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment in a wonderful location — The building is in a perfect location if you love breweries and great food. Close to downtown and and easy access to the light rail it’s a great spot for getting around town. The staff is friendly and responsive and the grounds are well maintained. A great bang for your buck

When I mentioned that my floors were dirty when I moved in, Payton quickly hired a cleaner to clean the floors. Moving into a new place can be scary, but it is nice peace of mind having two friendly and helpful managers at Modera. Thank you both

|Recommended: YesI highly recommend Modera River North I have lived here since February and just extended my lease an additional 12 months because I am so happy here. The amenities pool, gym, and more are great and never too crowded. The building is extremely dog friendly, which was helpful when my rescue pup had to get used to his new home. The location is amazing and the staff have been super helpful.
