|Recommended: YesA MUST SEE Modern, Quiet, Safe great Location, close to breweries, restaurants public transport. — Modera River North MRN is a quiet, safe, friendly place to live with close access to some of Denvers best restaurants, bars and breweries. The building, apartment interiors and amenities are some of the best you will find in Denver. I live on the 1st floor and rarely hear my neighbors due to the 6 of concrete and great insulated walls. If you are looking in the RiNo area MRN is a must see.
The staff is great to work with on any issues that arise. They are professional, responsive and get things done in a timely fashion with a can do attitude.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment in Rino — Great computer lounge and pool area. I don't use the gym much, however they do provide excellent equipment. Located in the heart of Rino, Crush Walls is an annual celebration of art we witness. Friendly staff and is nearby great dining I recommend Barcelona Wine Bar.

We looked at so many other locations and found them all to be lacking in one of these areas in some way. Modera's staff has been so helpful and top notch, along with a painless move-in process. I cannot recommend this complex enough Perfectly located and a great complex.

|Recommended: YesAmazing resident service — amazing place to live in Denver. The staff goes above and beyond and the location is beautiful. Had to move out of state for person reasons, but would move back if I ever have the chance

|Recommended: YesMove-In Review — Great move-in procedure, coming from an apartment that didn't have one, it was nice to arrive from Iowa and be able to have a spot elevator reserved for unloading and unpacking our moving truck.

|Recommended: YesLike the building however safety issues like theft breakins are not communicated to residents well — I really love the amenities, the building, and location. However, there have been no adjustments or accommodations around rent reductions due to all of the amenities being closed. There have also been a number of safety issues in the neighborhood and on the property that are not communicated at all or only portions of the information are shared with residents. It is also incredibly loud in the building due to heavy and disruptive construction occurring next door on 29th street.
