|Recommended: YesLike the building however safety issues like theft breakins are not communicated to residents well — I really love the amenities, the building, and location. However, there have been no adjustments or accommodations around rent reductions due to all of the amenities being closed. There have also been a number of safety issues in the neighborhood and on the property that are not communicated at all or only portions of the information are shared with residents. It is also incredibly loud in the building due to heavy and disruptive construction occurring next door on 29th street.

My one chief complaint is about the water heater in my unit. I submitted about 5 Mx requests to get this fixed. While the staff came each time, the problem persisted.
Ultimately, I had to start talking via email with the property manager directly about the problem my hot water heater in my building was still not working, and I frequently left to shower at my other friends' places.
In addition, there was a persistent banging pipe above my room that the Mx staff were not able to identify. This kept me awake at night and was never fixed. I ended up moving out before either problems have resolved, so I hope that the next resident in my unit has a better experience both getting their hot water fixed as well as getting the banging pipe to stop making noise.

|Recommended: YesSo far, so good — Nice space and great location. My only complaint is that you need to come down and let in guests or anyone delivering food. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE it if we could just buzz people in. This is especially helpful because I recently hurt my ankle and I hate having to go downstairs and put weight on the injury. If there was a buzzer system, I would be very happy. The only other thing is that I do hear dogs howling barking one in particular down the hall and I can hear the people above me pretty clearly -- usually the sound of a bar stool sliding or playing with the dog. It's not too bad, but the noise is quite loud from above.
