|Recommended: YesBEAUTIFUL BUILDING EXCELLENT LOCATION AND BEST MANAGEMENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED — I am a real estate agent and I deal with leasing agents and also many other professionals in the industry. That being said I have lots of good things to say about MODERA. The staff, especially the leasing agents, every single of them are very helpful and friendly. Dean has been wonderful since the day I moved here. They always go out of their way just to help and accommodate you. This place is also located in Rino a few minutes from DT Denver. Plenty of coffee shops restaurants and bard to walk and the ambiance is wonderful
The building is brand new but, the one thing you can always count on is the awesome maintenance team, especially Colin. I run into him often around the building, and he always goes above and beyond to fix any issues if there is any also one of the friendliest guys I met. with a smile. After 1 year of living here, I'm so glad that I moved here. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100

|Recommended: YesProperty idle — I would say go for it. I looked at a variety of diffrent places to call home and this one stood out the most. for me i like the idea of a 4 minute commute and having a new apartment and having all the great amenities.
|Recommended: YesThe best place I have lived — Friendly community and great amenities I really love living here the staff is very helpful and they offer the best hospitality. The finishes are awesome and the neighbors are so fun, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Ever — I have lived in numerous apartment communities. Modera is by far the best community I have ever experienced. The apartment and building are nice, but what makes it so special are the people. Both the office staff and the maintenance crew are outstanding. Thank you for making Modera the best place to live.
|Recommended: YesAmazing and Friendly Staff - Unbeatable Location — Within walking distance of everything that makes this neighborhood one of the best in Denver. The staff are amazing and will connect with you on a personal level to really make this place seem like home. Very pet friendly and clean. Everyone in the building is committed to making it a true community.
|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live, so close to everything — It's quiet despite being minutes from some of the best places in Denver to eat and drink. Even during Rockies games it's quiet. The staff is great, and always friendly. Everyone that lives here is nice and almost always says hi when you pass them in the hall. The 5th floor patio is a great place to hang out and see the city.. I have yet to run into someone not happy.
|Recommended: YesGreat Amenities — I love all the amenities - gym is great with lots of options, pool is nice wish is was a little bigger , the hot tub is a perfect way to unwind after a long day, covered parking is a plus with the ever-changing Colorado weather, and the dog wash space is handy after post hike adventures.
The location is two-sided - being so close to all the bars and hype is great, but if you enjoy quiet know that it's busy from Thursday to Sunday and if there are Rockies games parking can be difficult for anyone you have over. The construction going on across the street has been difficult to navigate some mornings and trying to get back during the middle of the day has been a challenge. Living on a corner unit, the stair well is loud and you can hear people talking through the bathroom vents. If you're living on the ground level, the windows do a decent job keeping sound out, but the construction can tend to overwhelm the noice barrier during the day.
|Recommended: YesSafe place in convenient location — building parking feels secure any time of day, seems like many tenants don't live here full time so the building can be pretty quiet during the week but gets more active on the weekends. lots of cute dogs in the building. don't have a lot of noise complaints, but we can always hear our upstairs neighbor walking around
|Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff — Really awesome staff- they are very dedicated to making sure your time living at Modera as comfortable as possible...I can go to them at any point of the day and they will respond as soon as possible I'm very appreciative, Thanks again Modera

|Recommended: YesIt feels like home — Everybody here is super nice to each other. All of our dogs get along and the staff knows all of us by name. It's like living in the Friends show So grateful we decided to live here.

|Recommended: YesIncredible community of young fun professionals who work hard and play harder — I love the people at Modera, from the leasing agents and maintenance staff to my my neighbors. The community hosts an event or happy hour almost every month and the group is a welcoming bunch of fun people. The pool area, clubhouse, and gym are comfortable and functional spaces -- and pretty impressive looking. The interior fixtures and appliances are new and stylish. All the comfort within walking distance to tons of bars, breweries, restaurants and art. LOVE this place
