|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Love everything about this apartment complex. The apartments are well designed and the community areas are always clean. The location is also great. Street parking has never been an issue and you are in walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Everything about this place is fantastic. The building is brand new so it’s clean, smells good, and all the people and staff are extremely nice There aren’t visitor spots but street parking isn’t horrible to find. There’s a lot of community events the office plans that are fun ways to get to know people and the location is amazing I knew I wanted to be in the RiNo area and this place is far nicer than the other dozen I looked at especially for the price.

|Recommended: NoStaff and location are great, often have issues — While we love the area and the staff members here, we often experience problems - hot water failures, HVAC heat not working, construction poorly completed water pipe not tight under sink leaked everywhere, no hole cut for return to HVAC , and after these issues are fixed they tend to come back. These may seem minor but not having a hot shower after traveling all week and having no control to fix it is extremely frustrating.
